Order Processing: Your name, address,  phone number, e-mail, etc. are required to communicate with you during the processing and shipment of your order.  If you pay by credit card, your credit card number will be used only  for the purpose of processing your payment using our established Merchant Account with Bank of America and their credit card processing system.  None of this information will be sold or distributed to other organizations. 

Customer Communications: We will use your contact information to communicate with you regarding special events, sales, and other interesting information.  If you do not want to be contacted with this sort of information, just let us know via e-mail or phone and we will be glad to remove you from our mailing list.
