Returns

Returns & Exchanges are almost as easy as ordering.

Tell us why you're returning or exchanging  the product and we'll give you instructions on how to return them.  If we shipped the wrong item or it was broken during shipment, we'll pick up the return shipping charges.  Otherwise, you will need to return the items with the shipping prepaid.

We will offer exchanges or refunds on merchandise returned to us in original condition within 14 days of purchase, regardless of the reason for the return.  Please be sure to call for return authorization.  A 10% restocking fee will be charged on returned saddles.

When you try something on your horse like a blanket please put a clean blanket or sheet on first.
